Flooring
Laminate flooring — wood-look beauty, real-world durability.
Modern laminate is nothing like the laminate of 20 years ago. Realistic wood textures, rigid cores, and tough wear layers make it one of the best values in residential flooring — and we install it like it's hardwood.

Laminate
Wide-plank laminate — wood-look warmth at a smart price.
Why laminate is back — and better than ever
Today's laminate is engineered very differently from the products of the early 2000s. The wear layer is significantly more durable, the embossed textures are nearly indistinguishable from real hardwood at arm's length, and the rigid core construction gives the plank a solid feel underfoot.
For most living spaces — bedrooms, family rooms, hallways, formal dining — laminate delivers the look you want at a meaningful savings over hardwood or premium LVP. With proper subfloor prep and acclimation, a quality laminate floor will perform for 20+ years.
We install laminate using the same standards we apply to LVP and hardwood: full subfloor leveling, moisture testing, proper expansion gaps, and trimmed-to-fit transitions at every doorway. No floating-floor shortcuts, no cheap reducer strips covering bad cuts.
Why CLIQBUILT for laminate flooring
Premium brands only
Mohawk RevWood, Shaw Repel, and Mannington Restoration — laminate lines built with rigid cores and high-AC-rated wear layers, not big-box throwaways.
Subfloor prep included
Every install includes leveling, moisture testing, and underlayment per manufacturer spec. The #1 cause of laminate failure is skipped subfloor prep — we don't skip it.
1–2 day installs
A typical 800–1,200 sq ft installation completes in 1–2 days, including removal of old flooring and final trim.
Proper transitions, every time
Doorways, stair noses, and floor-height changes get properly milled transitions — never the cheap snap-in strips that fail in two years.
Brands we install
Why laminate, done right
The look of hardwood, the install standards of pros.

Plank quality
Real texture. Realistic seams.
Premium laminate uses embossed-in-register surfaces so the wood grain you see lines up with the texture you feel. Micro-beveled edges define each plank like real hardwood — no flat, plasticky look.
- AC4/AC5 commercial-grade wear layers
- Rigid cores for solid feel underfoot
- Embossed-in-register textures

Subfloor first
We don't skip the boring part.
Most laminate failures start at the subfloor. Every install begins with a moisture check, full leveling, and the right underlayment for your specific product — that's what separates a 20-year floor from a 2-year mistake.

We install premium laminate from the brands that engineer for residential longevity — not the bargain-bin product you'll find in a big box store.
